She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Reff and Katherine R. Reff (Herring); her daughter Tara Hodges; and her son-in-law Grover Hodges. She is survived by: her husband Bill Lips Jr. of Montpelier, IN; her son Adam Lips of Montpelier, IN; her grandsons, Darren of Montpelier, IN, David Hodges of Montpelier, IN and Luke Lips of Hartford City, IN; and her siblings, Susie Fishback (Dick) of Shamrock Lakes, Hartford City, IN and Steve Reff (Pam) of Montpelier, IN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
