He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin John Kendall and Nancy Lee Kendall (Craigue); his great grandchild Noah Thomas Minnich; and his daughter Amy Lynn Minnich. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Kendall (Mosier) of Montpelier, IN; his children, Scott John Kendall (Bekki) of Williamsport, NH, Kevin John Kendall (Angela) of Caribou, Shane Urban Minnich (Melissa) of Fort Wayne, IN, Todd Michael Hough (Crissy) of Ossian, IN, Kristin Marie Culum (Almir) of Concord, NH and Grace Mabel Minnich of Montpelier, IN; and his sisters, Dolly Ann Libby (Dave) of Windham, ME and Paula Racey of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
