She was predeceased by: her parents, Denton Hillary and Lottie Easter Ruby Smith (Anderson); and her brother Richard Smith. She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Moore; her children, Julia Kay Paul (Randy), Jennifer Ann Chambers (Chad) and Billy Ray Moore Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Emily Hamm (Ben), Sarah Woods (Kenneth), Meghin Bartlow (Eric), Elizabeth Holsted, Hunter Sims, Kennedy Williams (Isaiah), Sam Chambers, Madison Moore (Will Strantz), Ryleigh Moore, Gracen Moore, Corby Lyon, Lucy Lyon and Amelia Lyon; her great grandchildren, Simon, Jude, Selah Hamm, Chloe, Caden Woods, Ezra Bartlow, Eden, Evy, Ollie, Finley Holsted, Andi Jane Williams and Heath Bowen; her sisters, Joyce Ford (Mike) and Rose Watkins; and her sister-in-law Norma Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
