He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Lewis Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hauser (Roberts) of Moores Hill; his wife Katie Lynch of Moores Hill; his daughters, Olivia Kobus (Brandon) of Cincinnati and Maria Lewis of Delray Beach, Florida; and his siblings, Bryant Lewis (Nicole) of Calgary, Alicia Collins (Gormon) of Lexington, Dianna Gilbert (Travis) of Garland and Robin Hammann (Kurt) of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given in honor of Craig to Ripley County 4-H as this is where Craig and Katie first met.
