Lyda K. Morgan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyda K. Morgan of Moores Hill, Indiana, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Willis and Grace Willis (Wilder); her husband Joe Morgan; and her siblings, Donald, Ronnie Willis and Betty Anglin.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Burton (Sherry) of Moores Hill, Robin Burton (Patches) of Moores Hill, Brian Morgan (Jennifer) of Utica, KY, Joey Morgan of Berea, KY, Teresa Burton of Milan and Renee Tate (Tim) of Richmond, KY; her siblings, Wayne Willis (Faye) of Walton, KY and Peggy Powell of Berea, KY; and her grandchildren, Angela, Andrea, Kayla, Mackenzie, Samantha, Jeffery, Jordan, Jacob, Brandon, Casey, Andy, Whitney, Ethan, Brittany, Haley, Courtney, Wyatt and Gracie. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home (16717 Manchester St, Moores Hill, IN 47032). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given in honor of Lyda to the family.
