She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kesner and Vera Bowman Kesner; her husband William Don "Billy" Staggs; and her sister Elaine Kesner Miller. She is survived by: her nephew Daniel Miller. She is also survived by 3 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter.
