With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Emerson Draper of Mooresville, Indiana, who passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson R. Draper and Agnes L. Draper (Clapper); his brother Charles Henry Draper; and his half-sister Helen Copple. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Pflum; and his children, Vince Draper (Jodi), Brett Draper, Shawn Draper, Erin Draper, Stephanie Draper and Jennifer Payton (Mike). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
