With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Deborah L. Foley of Mooresville, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Marts and Mary Marts (Clark); and her brother Edgar Marts, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Tom Foley; her children, Kathryn Kangas (Stephen) and Sean Foley; and her siblings, Thomas Marts (Tammy), David Marts (Jodi), Danny Marts, Dottie Antonson (Cliff), Linda Ringl (Jerry) and Shari Stancu (Dorel). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
