He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde M. Biddinger and Mary Josephine Biddinger (Hill); his wife Nadeen Williams (Hoppes); and his half-brothers, Robert W. Biddinger of Cincinnati and Clyde M. Biddinger of Syosset.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Ann Baker (Steve Baker) of Indianapolis and Derek Scott Biddinger of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Nik Mizer, D. J. Biddinger, Kyra Biddinger and Matthew Baker. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
