He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Scott and Janice K. Scott (Shieber); and his brother Mark Scott. He is survived by: his wife Jama Scott (Shrake) of Mooresville; his children, Johnny Scott (Jennifer) of Florida, Jimey Hightshue (Kristi) of Plainfield, Jimmy Scott (Shelly) of Tennessee, Luke Hightshue (Julie) of Arizona and Julie Sperling (Patrick) of Colorado; and his siblings, Donald, Royal, Stephen Scott, Rebecca Turner, Marcella Johnson and Verla Ulrich. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
