He was predeceased by: his parents, Orman Earl Pell and Betty Helen Pell (Boley); and his wife Anna Marie Koons. He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Thomas Skinner (Bill) of Mansfield and Carrie Neitzel Endicott (Andrew) of Mooresville; his siblings, Ronald Pell (Linda) of Indianapolis, Randy Pell (Janet) of Avon, Robin Jackson (James) and Rhonda Ohms (Doug) of Punta Gorda, Florida; and his grandchildren, Shelby Williams (Austin), Tyler Byrnes (Jordan), Brayton Skinner (Ruth) and Natalie Milton (Gabe). He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
