He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Collins and Velma Collins (Bayliff); and his siblings, Gene Collins, Ruth Buchanan, Nancy Smith and Teresa Melvin.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Collins; his daughter Misty Collins; and his sister Linda Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Centerton Cemetery (1789 Center Valley Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151).
