He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Garner and Mary Abby Garner (Cook); and his wife Colette A. Garner (Welsh). He is survived by: his children, Dee Marquam of Indianapolis, Kevin Garner (Kim) of Indianapolis, Bruce Garner (Diana) of Beech Grove and Patricia Lilly; his siblings, Kenneth Garner and Mary "Sis" Agnes Hadaway; and his grandson David. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
