He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Theodore and Nora Walters (Pruett); his spouse Beverly Jeanne Walters (Foltz); his grandson Luke; and his siblings, Jack, Charlie, Joe, Allen Walters and Nora Mae Horner.
He is survived by: his son Robert V.; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Walters of Mooresville, Indiana; his daughter Valarie Walters; and his granddaughter Demeteria. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
