He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Dugger and Ethel Maude Dugger (Whitiker); his son David Anthony Dugger; and his sister Patty. He is survived by: his wife Delores Joanné "Jo" Dugger (Flaherty); and his sons, William Patrick Dugger (Celli) of Indianapolis, Richard Eugene Dugger (Debbie) of Cincinnati and Christopher Michael Dugger of Mooresville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
