He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Andrew and Phyllis May Haynes (Doan); and his sister Elizabeth Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Haynes (Shepherd) of Morgantown; his daughters, Amanda Marie Bradshaw of Trafalgar, Andrea Nicole Haynes of Morgantown, Autumn Renee Lopez (Ivan) of DeWitt and Ashely Dawn Horn (Jonathan) of Morgantown; and his siblings, Robert Haynes (Joanna) of Neosho, Missouri, Pam Richardson of Columbus and Kathy Franklin (Dale) of Neosho, Missouri.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
