She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Phelps and Miriam Von Phelps (Wyatt); her son William Reynolds; and her brother William "Bill" Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Parker; her grandchildren, Tarren Reynolds and Gage Reynolds (Melody); and her great grandchildren, Alaia and Hazel.
