Charles A. Burchett Obituary
We announce the death of Charles A. Burchett of Morgantown, Indiana, who passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lowell and Bertha Mae Fortner Burchett; his brothers, Jack Burchett and Jim Burchett; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Kay Cook Burchett.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Johnson Musick; his daughter Shannon Rowe of Indianapolis; his stepchildren, Kyle Musick of Morgantown, Kevin Musick of Morgantown and Kourtney Bradshaw (Kelly Musick) of Whiteland; and his grandchildren, Sydnee Musick and Kayson Bradshaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Homes and Crematory - Washington St (1029 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
