He is survived by: his mother Cindy Stacy; his stepfather Clyde Stacy of Jolo, WV; his siblings, Steven Payne (Tina), Elvis Johnson (Lisa), Allen Stacy (Kay), Taylor Stacy (Hannah), Desiarae McCoy (Estil) and Jessica Roberson (Kevin); his children, Jerry Osborne (Makayla), Clark Johnson (Courtney) and Ivory Hale (Nickolas); and his grandchildren, Benton Osborne, Ella Mae, Winston, Levi and Nolan.
