He is survived by: his children, Dale Mayo (Terri) of Trafalgar, Faith Stice (Don) of Crothersville and Rob Mayo (Carrie) of Brown County; his siblings, Virgil Mayo (Marilynn) of Greenwood, Dick Mayo of Greenwood, Tommy Mayo (Theresa) of Indianapolis, Patty Fislar (Ed) of Arizona and Roy Mayo (Lynn) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Hailey Mayo, Shelby Mayo, Cody Ghuman (Sierra), Ryan Blubaugh (Sarah), Travis Riddle (Megan), Steven Mayo, Erin Chumbley (Shawn), Carter Brown, Scott Derringer (Michelle), Josh Derringer (Rae), Lacey Voils (Ben) and Cody Brown (Sindy); and his great grandchildren, Colt Ghuman, Mercer Blubaugh and Caroline Blubaugh.
