He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mayo and Alene Mayo (Sims); and his wife Jearlene Mayo (West). He is survived by: his children, Dale Mayo (Terri) of Trafalgar, Faith Stice (Don) of Crothersville and Rob Mayo (Carrie) of Brown County; his siblings, Virgil Mayo (Marilynn) of Greenwood, Dick Mayo of Greenwood, Tommy Mayo (Theresa) of Indianapolis, Patty Fislar (Ed) of Arizona and Roy Mayo (Lynn) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Hailey Mayo, Shelby Mayo, Cody Ghuman (Sierra), Ryan Blubaugh (Sarah), Travis Riddle (Megan), Steven Mayo, Erin Chumbley (Shawn), Carter Brown, Scott Derringer (Michelle), Josh Derringer (Rae), Lacey Voils (Ben) and Cody Brown (Sindy); and his great grandchildren, Colt Ghuman, Mercer Blubaugh and Caroline Blubaugh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center (179 E Mulberry St, Morgantown, IN 46160). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
