She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Nelson and Willy Francis Hammer (Rodgers); her husband Kenny Zook; her daughter Tracey Lynn White; and her brothers, Robert Hammer, Rick Zehner, Phillip Hammer and Billy Hammer.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenny Zook (Jennifer) of North Vernon and Curtis Zook (Lynn) of Martinsville; her sisters, Janet McMullin (Lee) of Cloverdale and Teresa Rose (Buddy) of Cloverdale; her grandchildren, Bailie Vehling (Gavin) of Martinsville, Shelby White of Trafalgar, Ian White of Warsaw, Emma Zook of North Vernon and Kennedy Zook of Martinsville; her great grandchildren, Whinny Zook of North Vernon and Alette Vehling of Martinsville; and her son-in-law Chad White of Warsaw.
