He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Woodard and Ruth Woodard (Shaft); his former wife Ramona L. Woodard (Lacy); his wife Mary Elizabeth Woodard; his daughter Brenda Sichting; and his stepdaughter Maryann Morales.
He is survived by: his children, Robbie L. Earlywine of Southport and Michael Woodard (Deborah) of Martinsville; his stepchildren, Melinda Kent of McCordsville and Mark Wilkin of Greenwood; his son-in-law Roger Sichting of Morgantown; and his grandchildren, Scott Sichting, Jamie Sichting, Travis Sichting, Angie Weiskettle and Chad Earlywine. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
