He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis L. Macy and Geraldine Macy (Dickerson); his wife Mary Lou Macy (Varner); and his sister Mary Frances Hoyt. He is survived by: his son Steven Macy of Morgantown; his close friend Olga Morgan of Indianapolis; his siblings, Mattie Herald of Franklin, Janice Campbell (Luke) of Camby, Vickie Chalfant (David) of Danville and James Macy of Greenwood; and his grandsons, James Macy of Indianapolis and Michael Macy of Corydon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
