With sadness, we share the passing of Rogelia V. Pinon of Mount Summit, Indiana. Rogelia, born on September 9, 1932, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Vazquez and Juana Vazquez (Gomez); her husband Raul Pacheco Piñon; her son Jose Piñon; her sons-in-law, Terry Duvall and Gary Logston; and her granddaughters, Isabel Hernandez and Kristen Bowers.
She is survived by: her children, Felipe Piñon (Hilda), Celestina Hernandez (Antonio) of Mission, TX, Raul Piñon Jr. of Mt. Summit, Hope Logston of Mt. Summit, Alberto, Maxi (Celestino Santiago Cruz), Horace Piñon of Mt. Summit and Noel Piñon of Worcester, MA. She is also survived by grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
