She was predeceased by : her father Dwight Miller. She is survived by : her husband Dennis W. Champlain; her children, Kelly Champlain (Kathy Hoffman), Keith Champlain, Kevin Champlain and Denise Champlain; her grandchildren, Stephanie Guerrieri (Will), Joe, John, Jacob and Miranda Champlain; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Vivian, Cameron Guerrieri and Delilah Champlain; her sisters, Tina Smith (Darrel) and Carol Arterberry; and her close friends, Dorothy Pope and Kay Henderson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
