He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy DeKemper and Helen DeKemper (Whipple); and his wife Christine DeKemper (Russell). He is survived by: his daughter Amber Teal (Nathan); his grandchildren, Cadence and Jake Teal; his brother Dennis DeKemper; his nephews, Jason DeKemper, Brandon and Dustin Reineke; and his niece Cinda Lybarger.
