We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2024, at the age of 76, Frances McCarty of Mount Vernon, Indiana, born in Delta, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Glenn Schearf and Mildred Schearf (Thoma); and her siblings, Sandra McDowell, Beverly Schearf, Shelby Schearf and Mike Schearf.

She is survived by : her husband Gary McCarty; her sons, Derrick Verble (Iva), Clinton Verble (Chandra) and Patrick McCarty; and her grandchildren, Leah, Mathew, Brittany, Whitley, Trenton, Emily and Austin. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
