He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Weir and Anna Weir (Scherbaum). He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Thompson (Sam) and Valerie Walton; his granddaughters, Grace and Jacklyn Thompson; his significant other Carolyn Martin; his significant other's children, Glenda Simmons (Chad) and Cody Jenkins; his pet Levi; his brother John Weir (Brenda); his nephews, Brian Weir and David Weir (Christina); and his cousins, Trent, Brett VanHaaften and Jackie DeRudder.
