We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2022, at the age of 101, Gerald E. Dunigan of Mount Vernon, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Arthur Dunigan; his former life partner Margaret Dunigan (Deeds); his son Gerald Dunigan, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Makenzie and Mikaela Dunigan.

He is survived by : his wife Pauline Dunigan (Travers); his children, Dianne Compton (Ron) of St. Louis, MO, Dr. David Dunigan (Carol Quinley) of Tampa, FL, Michael Dunigan (Kathy) of Bluffton, SC, Dr. Patrick Dunigan (Janet) of Bloomington, IN, Timothy Dunigan of Indianapolis, IN and Kelly Jones (Kyle) of Mt. Vernon, IN; his grandchildren, Richard Compton, John Compton, Anne Albart, Matthew Dunigan, Kate Dunigan-Atlee, Anne Dunigan, Brendon Dunigan, Amanda Dunigan, Christopher Dunigan, Kelly Michael Dunigan, Margaret, Molly Jones and Emily Jones; his great grandchildren, Kaiya, Benjamin, Kendall Dunigan, Mateo, Ellie Dunigan-Atlee, Phinneas, Taluallah Wilson, Ada Compton, Maggie Albart, Devyn, Maeve Thomas, Jamison Dunigan and Levina Dunigan; and his brother Dr. Howard Dunigan (Grace). He is also survived by family; and nieces and nephews.
