She was predeceased by: her father Marshall Steward Sr.; her siblings, Oscar, Charles, William, Marshall Jr., Shirley, Bobby Joe, Jimmy, Claravay and Lois; her son Myles Givens; and her granddaughter Janel Stewart.
She is survived by: her sister Charlotte Smith of Indianapolis; and her children, Sue Young, Dennis Givens (Davetta), Denise Givens, James Givens (Ardyth), Anthony Givens, Carla Maddox (Edward), Angie Levingston (Deon), Shawn Givens, Dawn Owens (LaShone) and Rodney Givens (Crystal). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
The family encourages everyone to wear a mask for the visitation and service.
