She is survived by: her husband Richard Upshaw; her daughter Nikki Collier (Kevin); her granddaughters, Amber Collier and Autumn Blankenship (Isaac); her sister Gwen Forister; her niece Teona Bender (Rich); and her great-nephew Kanin Bender.
