She is survived by: her mother Mary Theresa McFadin (Blakley); her husband Tom; her daughters, Hannah (Jacob Hipp), Kelsey and Shelby; her siblings, Carrie Staib (Matt) and Matthew McFadin (Andrea); her mother-in-law Ruth Ann Lang; her brother-in-law John Lang (Rose); and her nieces and nephews, Blake, Addaleigh, Eli, Emily McFadin, Haylee, Olivia, Owen Staib, Kendal Keith (Justin) and Kyle Lang (Hadlee). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jacob's Village or St. John's Cemetery at Bufkin, where her physical body will rest.
