It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Earl Barnes (Mount Vernon, Indiana), who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul, Jr. Barnes and Lola "Jenny" Barnes (Strickland) of Virginia; his wife Linda Darlene Barnes; and his brother Roger Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Ginnie Henderson and Shawn Knowles (Missy); his grandchildren, Jimi, Gracie-Lynn Henderson, Drew Burkhart (Keely) and Dakota Knowles (Kendyl); his great grandchildren, Millie, Lucy Burkhart and Layla Knowles; and his siblings, Roy Barnes and Linda King.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Owen Dunn Post #5 or the Moose Lodge.
