She is survived by: her sons, Melvin "Craig" Carlisle (Gail) of Mt. Vernon, IN and Mark Ross Carlisle (Sheila) of Peachtree City, GA; her grandchildren, Ashley Carlisle Faldoski (Kyle) and Ross Carlisle (Elizabeth Reiter); and her great grandchild Phillip Faldoski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
