She was predeceased by: her father Karl Wade; and her siblings, Phyllis "Diane" Seifert (Wade) and Norman Wade. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" A. Rutledge; her children, Tony Rutledge (Kristina), Suzanne McHugh (Dwayne), Tracy Rutledge (Veronica) and Troy Rutledge; her grandchildren, Gregory Rutledge, Drew Rutledge, Lance Stone, Christina Goodrich, Brandin Rutledge, Justin Rutledge, Hunter Rutledge, Savannah Rutledge, Jarod McHugh, Mercedes Rutledge and Lexus Rutledge; and her brother Carl Wade. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
