He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Waters and Martha Waters (Utley). He is survived by: his wife Linda Waters (Miller); his sons, Bryan Waters (Janelle) and Robert Waters (Sandy); his brother Roger Waters (Synda); and his grandchildren, Kathryn Grace, Emberlyn, Derek, Hayley and Spencer Waters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
