She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bull and Edythe Bull (Anderson); her husband Bob Bandy; her daughter-in-law Teena; and her sisters, Marie Siegfried and Nancy Gaylor.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Bandy, Mark Bandy (Lisa), Todd Bandy (Mary) and Dayna Loveless (Lance); her sister Margaret Roberts; and her brother-in-law John Gaylor. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Barb's honor to the Clinton County Humane Society.
