He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Lorraine Klutzke (Hatke) and Joseph Klutzke; and his siblings, Janet Lynn Klutzke and Don Joe Klutzke. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Klutzke; his children, John Klutzke (Maureen) of Port Huron, MI and Samantha Klutzke (Matthew) of Lafayette; and his siblings, Karen Smith (Richard), Steve Klutzke (Gloria), Sherry Hartman (Mark), Dean Klutzke and Roxann Briscoe (Randy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lafayette Chapel (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Clarks Hill Christian Church (9510 Pearl St, Clarks Hill, IN 47930). A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at the Cemetery Union Cemetery S. (S 1000 E, Clarks Hill, IN 47930).
Memorial contributions in David's name may be given to Clarks Hill Christian Church or to the American Cancer Society.
