She is survived by : her former life partner Irvin Theodore "Ted" Olmstead; her children, Michelle Slate (Olmstead), Michael Olmstead (Kelly) and Dawn Michael (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Madison, McKenzie, Kaylee, Kason Olmstead, Brooke and Blake Michael; and her siblings, Richard Cook, Evelyn Donahue (Cook) and Norma Miller (Cook).
