She is survived by: her children, Amber Gay Forney and Jay Pass (Cheryl); her stepchildren, Eric and Bernie Watts Jr.; her siblings, Ronald Jennings, Mary Remster and Carol Hogstrun; her grandchildren, Erin Rebb (Brett), Cara Forney and Nathanael Pass (Rebecca); and her great grandchildren, Isabelle, JT Shaw, Evelyn and Samuel Pass.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Jackie can be made to The Paul Phillipe Senior Center.
