She is survived by : her former life partner Gene Wesley Borton; her children, Kevin Borton (Michele) of West Lafayette and Jeanann Forde of Oldsmar, FL; her siblings, Sharon Prickett of Frankfort and Phil McCoy of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Kayla Forde of Maine, Ashley Rozzi (Brett) of Fishers, Amber Terry of Lafayette and Cody Dauby; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Braxton, Gage, Vincent and Quentin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
