She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Schlatman and Regina Schlatman (Siefker); her husband John E. Harper Sr.; her son John E. Harper Jr.; and her siblings, Orvil, Orland, Orbie, Charlotte, Opalean and Olive.
She is survived by: her son Harold J. Harper (Darla) of Frankfort.
