We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2022, at the age of 94, Philip Ray Crubaugh of Mulberry, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Crubaugh and Leona Crubaugh (Flory); his daughter Linda Rae Crubaugh; his sister Jeanette Wagner; and his wife Thelma Eileen Knowles.
He is survived by : his daughters, Gelene Walter (Jack) and Cheryl Cook (Rex); his grandchildren, Jade Kas (Crysta) and Tyler Ray Street (Shelby); and his great grandchildren, Brady Kas, Sydnie Kas, Charlie, Jacoby Kas and Rae Street.
