We announce the death of Albert J Simpson (Muncie, Indiana), who passed away on October 14, 2026, at the age of 75. Albert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Simpson and Catherine "Katie" Simpson; his mother-in-law Helen Love; and his grandson Travis "TJ" Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jennifer Simpson, Rory Simpson, Travis Simpson (Carletta), Casey Simpson (Jamie) and Emilie Beymer (Andrew); his grandchildren, Taylor Schildmeier (Eric), Cora Rothwell (Ike), Cameron Simpson, Brady Simpson, Lilly Simpson, Charlie Simpson, Maddie Simpson, Jack Simpson, Eric Simpson, Catherine Simpson, Zach Beymer and Mia Beymer; his brothers, John Simpson (Sandy) and Tom Simpson (Tami); his siblings-in-law, Rich Love (Sara), Patt Love and Suzanne Love (Carly Horsman); and his nieces and nephews, Rhiana Simpson, Megan Pence, Aaron Simpson, Nate Simpson and Tristan Cox.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Washington St. Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to ARF in Muncie.
