She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewitt Toomer and Lucille Toomer (Cherry). She is survived by: her husband Billie "Joe" Elkins; her children, Raymont Toomer, Tracy Toomer (Susan), Coriene "Lynn" (Ricky) and Ronnie Toomer "Yakes"; and her siblings, William Toomer, Ora Mae Henry and Wilamina Mock. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
