He is survived by: his children, Martina Fouch and Christopher Fouch (Rachel); his grandchildren, Kristen Workman (Jacob), Kaitlyn Johnson, Colin Fouch and Derrick Blevins; his great grandchildren, Kaili Workman, Gabriel Johnson and Kenna Workman; his mother Juanita Fouch; and his siblings, Paul 'Opie' Fouch, Fred Fouch and Paula Wright. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
