He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Earl Self II (Ed) and Sharon Jean Self (Swanson). He is survived by: his sons, Nick (fiancé Abby) and Kyle; his sisters, Cathy Curtis (Jason) and Heidi Vifquain (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Sam, Audrey, Anna, Jonas and Ella.
