She was predeceased by: her parents, James Reagan and Dora Reagan; her husband Gerald Phillips, Jr. (Tippy Dance Hall); her son David Phillips; her sisters, Rita, Bunny and Dorthea Reagan; her grandson Nicholas Phillips; and her friends, Don, Joan Stiffler, Robert, Wanda McKibben, Dot Humbert, Marilyn, Gene McCord, June, John Fuller, Barbara and Max Humes.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Phillips Allen and Gregg Phillips (Stacy); her grandchildren, Cole Phillips Allen (Betsy), Garen Phillips and Nadia Phillips Paul (Jason); her great grandchildren, Kaden Phillips, Lennox Allen, Raya Paul, Etta Paul and Camille Allen; her siblings, John Reagan (Katie), Eileen Ringer, Sonja Isbell and Sarah Barngrover (Barney); her brother-in-law Ralph Waddell; her nephew Larry Roetken (Linda); and her friends, Deron and Angie Clark. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and dear friends.
