She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Southard and Judy Southard; her husband Stanford Ashley; and her siblings, Jimmy Southard, Ronald Southard, Greg Southard and Lisa Smithson.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Zimmerman (Cindy), Terry Zimmerman, Toby King and Nila Meese; and her siblings, Donald Michael Southard, Tony Southard, Karen Loser, Sylvia Davis and Sharta Huxhold. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
