She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brewer and Yvonne Brewer; her husband Dwight Billings; her brother Samuel Brewer; and her pets, Teddy and Zoe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Zan Petty (Brian) and Melissa Billings; her grandchildren, Camryn Neal, Rhiannon Neal and Gavin Petty; and her pets, Sammi, Jack and Buddy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to a local animal charity instead.
